Just so you know, after booking a full-package deal, there will be no additional charges, provided you have thoroughly read and understood the details of the package. However, certain expenses are typically not included in our packages, such as:

– Entry fees for monuments and attractions
– Visits to locations or use of local transportation not explicitly mentioned in the package itinerary

Make sure to review all the details of the package to avoid any surprises during your trip.

We understand that you may not have a printer handy when you’re traveling so it is not necessary to have a printed copy. However, we require that you show ID matching your reservation and also the Order # that is immediately emailed to you after you make your reservation.

Wear whatever is comfortable. It is recommended to have a sturdy pair of broken-in trail shoes, boots, or sneakers. It is preferable to dress in layers and wear clothing that will wick away perspiration and keep you dry and comfortable

Not much, remember our trips are all-inclusive. We do suggest you bring appropriate clothing to fit the season and a day pack to carry extra snacks, chocolate, and water.

If a Camp is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstance (like massive rain, earthquakes, landslides, strike, or bandh, will transfer your amount in the future for the same trip or reschedule it. If the trip is Cancelled by Adventure Camp India by its personal reasons, we will issue a full refund.

In the case of refund, transaction charges are not refundable by banks/payment gateways.

The refund amount will be paid in 7 to 12 working days directly into the bank account.

The cancellation charges For Local Camp/ trip:
Advance Payment/ token payment will be non-refundable.
Cancellations before to 35 days from the start of the journey – Full Refund.
Cancellation between 35 days and 25 days to start of the journey – 75% Refund.
Cancellation between 25 days and 15 days to start of the journey – 50% Refund.
Cancellation less than 15 days to the start of the journey – No Refund.

The cancellation charges For the National Camp / Tour:
Advance Payment/ token payment will be non-refundable.
Cancellations before to 90 days from the start of the journey – Full Refund.
Cancellation between 89 days and 48 days to start of the journey – 50% Refund.
Cancellation less than 47 days to the start of the journey – No Refund.

Yes. Reservations are required for guaranteed spots on all tours. Reservations help us determine the number of guides we need to ensure that our groups remain manageable and enjoyable, and they allow us to notify you of changes to the tour due to weather or anything that could disturb the tours.

We do hike in the rain, snow, wind and any other weather conditions that nature decides to throw at us. After all, we’re going on adventures! If the weather is unsafe for any reason, the trip will be changed or postponed. You will be notified the week of your trip if there are changes due to weather.
